大陸南通惟怡是生產QD Film的廠家，目前南通惟怡已供貨給大陸各品牌廠如TCL與康佳和台廠FOXCOM（墨西哥廠），目前主打330um與210um膜厚，且有小量100um膜厚也供給武漢的LTPS廠。目前有Cd與ImP兩種QD結構的QD film提供客戶選擇，且這些Film都有經Nanosisy授權販售，因此最終顯示器產品在海外銷售無IP等問題。目前毓鑫科技主要負責南通惟怡海外客戶的銷售與產品推廣等業務。

Nantong Veeyeei in mainland China is a manufacturer of QD Film. At present, Nantong Veeyeei has supplied to various brand factories in mainland China such as TCL and Konka and Taiwan factory FOXCOM (Mexico factory).The film thickness of the main products is 330um and 210um, but there are also a small amount of 100um film thickness also supplied to Wuhan LTPS customer.There are two types of QD film with Cd and ImP QD structures for customers to choose from.And QD film is sold under the authorization of Nanosisy, the final display products are sold overseas, and there is no IP problem.

什麼是量子點薄膜   Quantum Dots Film

QDs量子點薄膜是一種由粒徑在2-10nm的顆粒（主要由Zn、Cd、S、硒Se等原子組成）塗佈在PET上的一種光學薄膜材料，由於其半高寬可達15nm，色純度之高非常適合應用於顯示器上。我們提供的QDs量子點材料來源自美國Nanosisy,並有被Nanosisy授權販售。

QD Film is made by coating the QD particleson PET base film. The size of the particles are 2-10nm and the composition are Zn、Cd、S、Se. The FWHM of the emitted color is 15nm. The purity of the color is ideal for high color gamut display.QDs are sourced from Nanosisy in the United States and have been authorized.

量子點薄膜優勢 QDs Film Advantage

量子點薄膜是高等級顯示器中的關鍵零組件，它的色域可以達到130%NTSC以上（含鎘），可以取代過去的普通LED背光模組，對高色純度顯示行業具有十分重要的意義。

目前LCD顯示器使用的液晶種類眾多，而毓鑫科技代理是日本百年大廠JNC（原Chisoo）。現在日本JNC液晶已被眾多LCD製造廠廣泛使用，如 LG／BOE／HKC／AUO／Innolux／Sharp／Hanstar等等國際一流LCD大廠使用中，而這些大廠使用應用產品範圍包含手機／CE／車載／筆電／MNT／電視／醫療產品上。目前JNC液晶已商業化液晶種類如下：

銀漿側面走線技術是韓國移印設備廠商所開發的新應用技術。目前有用此技術廠家有韓國LG與大陸廠BOE等廠家。目前這些廠家都已量產在Micro／Mini LED與LCD拼接面板上。目前毓鑫的業務是幫韓國商社開發海外有PAD印刷需求的客戶。

毓鑫科技與南部某LCD相關廠商合作提供LCD Cell實驗線的租借服務，目前可提供整條LCD Cell實驗線服務和單機使用服務。目前可提供FEOL與BEOL的相關設備與材料使用，設備如下：

目前已接受過CSOT和KONKA等廠委託進行多次租借實驗，進行項目有Micro LED與QDOLED和LCD相關產品實驗項目。

QD光阻材料(QD Photoresist)

目前毓鑫科技協助大陸QD材料商推廣QD材料。而QD材料包含QD光阻（Injet與Coater兩種類型）。也有提供原材有ligands和無ligands材料。若有興趣可以跟我們接洽。

QD薄膜缺陷檢測儀(QD film Defect Detector) 

當生產QD薄膜時與QD薄膜進廠入料查，可透過客制化光學檢測設備進行檢驗，找出光學異常位置提高製品的品質，減少因人為判別失效的因子，並可大批量檢查提高出貨效率。目前可提供客戶整卷檢測與片材檢測機台需求。
